HELP Charger RT with that 8 speed hesitation and I found a place online that supposedly deals with Dodge transmissions in Sharjah

I've had my 2015 Dodge Charger RT for going on three years now and it's been mostly reliable aside from the usual thirsty V8 fuel bills and the occasional electrical gremlin that fixes itself when you turn the car off and on again, but lately the transmission has started doing this really annoying thing where it hesitates and then kind of jerks forward when I'm accelerating gently from a stop like it can't decide whether to be in first or second gear and it's especially noticeable when the car is cold or when I've been stuck in traffic on the E311 for forty minutes and everything is heat soaked. My regular mechanic in Dubai took a quick look and said he doesn't really open up these ZF units and his suggestion was to take it to the dealer which I did and they ran a diagnostic and told me I need a new valve body and possibly a torque converter and the estimate they gave me was roughly the same as what I paid for my first car back in university, so naturally I started hunting for alternatives and that's how I ended up at https://gearboxrepairsharjah.ae/brands/dodge/ around midnight last Thursday while trying to convince myself that maybe the jerk isn't that bad and I can just live with it. The website actually lists the ZF 8HP specifically which is what the Charger uses and they mention the exact symptoms I'm having with the hesitation and the valve body wear, so on paper it looks like they know their stuff but I've been around long enough to know that a nice website doesn't always translate to a clean workshop and a mechanic who doesn't just throw parts at the problem and hope for the best. I'm based in Sharjah anyway so the location is actually convenient for me but I'm still nervous about dropping my car off at a place I've never seen in person and I was hoping someone here might have actually taken their Dodge or Chrysler to these guys and can tell me if they're the real deal or if I should just keep babying the throttle to avoid the clunk and pretend everything is fine.
